Dr. Muneer Ansari Parayil is the Managing Director of Global Educational Solutions. He has over 15 years of experience in the education sectors in the UK, UAE, Malaysia, and India.

Dr. Parayil provides oversight to a diverse array of educational institutions, ranging from preschools to high schools.

As the leader of the Senior Leadership & Management Team of GES, he plays a key role in developing, planning, and executing strategic goals and objectives of Global Educational Solutions, which has operations in the UK, UAE, Malaysia, Bahrain, India, and the Philippines.

Dr. Parayil's success is attributed to his unique blend of technical and educational expertise. With a background in computer science engineering and experience at Apple Inc. and Dell Technologies, he brings a fresh perspective to the education sector. His academic qualifications include an MBA and a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from the UK, as well as a Doctoral degree in Educational Psychology, showcasing his credibility and expertise in the education sector.

Dr. Beno Kurien

Dr. Beno Kurien holds MSc degrees in Chemistry and Psychology, an M.Ed., and a PhD in Educational Psychology. With 26 international research publications in education and psychology, he has significantly advanced these fields. His career includes leadership roles as the former chairman of the Board of Studies at KSOU and as a doctoral thesis examiner at Bharathiar University. He had affiliations with Bucks New University, Nilai University, and Horizon University. Dr. Beno is renowned for his expertise in professional development training and technology integration in education. He is a frequent presenter at national and international conferences.

Ruth Chilles

Ms. Ruth Chilles, Head of UK-EYFS, holds CACHE levels 2, 3, and 5, with 13 years of experience in Early Years Education, specializing in training and effective implementation of the UK-EYFS curriculum.

Viswanathan

Mr. Viswanathan, the Cambridge Exams Officer since 2007, brings over 40 years of academic expertise from Kenya, Oman, and the UAE, holding an M.Sc. and B.Ed. He is proficient in various pedagogical approaches, including adaptive teaching, summative and formative assessment, student motivation, social-emotional learning, 21st-century skills, diversity, equity, and inclusion, digital citizenship, and self-care. His role also includes the administration of Cambridge Exams, invigilator training, results services, teacher support website administration, and the management of CIEDirect.
